The Art of Falling

A Moment From Yosemite National Park
There's something about a waterfall- the way it keeps moving to its own rhythm, adjusting, sometimes tumbling, sometimes gliding, always finding its path no matter what's in the way.
It doesn't stop when things shift. It doesn't wait for perfect conditions. It just continues- carving, shaping, becoming.

It made me think: Growth looks less like "having it all together" and more like allowing yourself to keep going, even as things change.
It looks a lot like balancing poses in our practice. One moment, you're steady and strong, the next, you wobble, tip or even fall. And that's okay- the practice isn't about perfection. It's about allowing yourself to keep moving, to find balance in your own way.
Personal growth works the same way: it's not about being perfect, it's about showing up, adjusting, and flowing with what's real.
